Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order. However, please note that we may not be able to entertain cancellation requests if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  2. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team promptly to submit your cancellation request.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds or replacements are only applicable under certain circumstances:
    • For sandals: We only offer exchanges in case of size issues. No returns will be accepted for any other reason.
    • For damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the damage or defect has been confirmed by our team.
    • If the product received does not match the description on our website or meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving the product. We will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.
  2. It is advisable to record a video while opening the parcel as proof in case of any discrepancies or issues with the received product.
  3. If a refund is approved by Sofi India, please note that it may take between 16-30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
